Typical Weekend

This weekend we were back at the bay area museum.  At work I am gaining a reputation for doing two things on the weekend... zoo or kiddie museum... oh well!  

If it has a steering wheel, Kai will drive!

Swim Class

We joined La Petite baleen to engage Kai in swim lessons.  He really has warmed up to being in a pool.  They sign songs, learn how to climb out of a pool and get some general baby lessons.  Ahmad and I are secretly doing this in hopes of a college scholarship or Kai going to the Olympics... but if not... I think you can see how much fun we have now just watching him grow up!

Bay Area Museum

Another favorite of Kai's is the bay area museum.  Here we have to be very strategic.  He loves the water pond area for the toddlers.  We usually can not pull him away, that is until we found the art room.  Here he loves to play with the new high tech modeling sand/clay/ paint, etc. It really is an amazing place for little kids.
